    The Saucony ProGrid Guide 4 is a lightweight running shoe that helps control mild overpronation. Dual-density Impulse EVA midsole provides increased shock attenuation, responsive cushioning, durability and rebound properties. Heel ProGrid™ cushioning created with Respon-Tek™, an impact deflection technology that creates a shock-dissipating platform that sets the foot up for a smooth heel-to-toe transition. Hydrator collar lining provides next-to-the-skin comfort and maximizes moisture wicking. The Comfortride® sockliner is breathable while providing superior cushioning and ride while also having antimicrobial properties to cut down on odor. The lightweight, breathable mesh upper gives optimal ventilation no matter how hard you push your heart rate up. An HRC™ strobel board adds an instant feel of cushioning and comfort when you step into the shoe. The midsole includes a second-density post to slow down mild pronation. SRC Impact Zone offers shock attenuation for a smooth transition from heel strike to toe-off. An SRC Xtra forefoot cushioning pad gives an extra boost of cushion at toe-off. Where the shoe hits the pavement, the XT-900® blown rubber outsole offers exceptional traction properties without sacrificing durability. Wt. 11.6 oz.
