Redeeming a GiftCard

How to redeem your Footaction GiftCard online or over the phone:

• To redeem a GiftCard, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided in the Email OR on the back of your GiftCard under the scratch-off foil.
• Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming a GiftCard.
• GiftCards may not be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another GiftCard unless required by law.
• Submit your order.
• After your order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please keep this email for reference, as it lists your customer number that identifies your account.

In-Store Redemption: You can also redeem your GiftCard in any FootAction Stores. Note: Emailed GiftCards cannot be used for In-Store purchases.
