Terms and Conditions for FootAction GiftCards
Footaction GiftCards:
- Footaction GiftCards can be ordered in any amount from $10.00 to $500.00. You can order your GiftCards at www.Footaction.com or phone us toll-free at 1.800.863.8932.
- Coupon/discount codes may not be used to purchase a GiftCard unless specified.
The Footaction GiftCard is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- To redeem a GiftCard, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided on the back of your card. If you have the older paper Gift Certificate version, it is a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN.**
- Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming a GiftCard.
- GiftCards may not be exchanged for cash (except in CA, CO, ME, MA, MT, RI, WA, VT as provided below) or used to purchase another GiftCard unless required by law.
- GiftCards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
*GiftCards may be applied towards any purchase online at footaction.com website, by phone or by mail (Quebec residents excluded from online purchasing) OR at any FootAction Store in US or Canada (excluding Quebec).
States Permitting Cashouts
- In California stores, a GiftCard with a cash value of less than $10 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
- In Maine stores, a GiftCard with a cash value of $5 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
- In Massachusetts stores, a GiftCard with a cash value of $5 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value. A GiftCard that has been redeemed for 90% of its value or more is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
- In Montana stores, a GiftCard with a cash value of less than $5 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
- In Rhode Island stores, a GiftCard with a cash value of less than $1 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
- In Washington stores, a gift card with a cash value of less than $5 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
- In Vermont stores, a gift card with a cash value of $1 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
- In Colorado stores, a gift card with a cash value of $5 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
