Footaction knows how important your style is to you, and that having access to the freshest launches is a vital part of that. Our App-based program is designed to make your Footaction experience seamless and convenient.
TYPES OF LAUNCH PROGRAMS
- First come first served
- App Launch Reservation
Through the latest App update, the Launch Locator feature allows you to easily identify and follow launch programs at the store of your choice. The App Launch Reservation option now allows you to select styles through the App. If available, choose up to three stores where the App program applies, then select your size to start your countdown clock. When your countdown clock expires, you'll be notified via the App of the outcome of your submission.

REMEMBER
- IMPORTANT APP LAUNCH RESERVATION PICK-UP INFORMATION: All pick-up deadlines for weekends are 3pm local time and weekdays 6pm local time. For further information please contact your local store. Find store.
- To have the latest version downloaded from the App store or Google Play store.
- The App Launch Reservation Program applies only to select Launch product.*
- Launch programs will be available the week leading up to the release date.
- You must have a Footaction.com account, valid email address and be signed into the App in order to enter the Launch Locator, and enter an App Launch Reservation submission for an upcoming release.
- You must have a mobile device present when picking up a reservation.
- All submission details (size, stores, In-store Check-In Head Start) can be edited up until 24 hours prior to the countdown clock expiring.
- Reservations are non-transferable.
- The Launch Reservation app procedure is available in select stores in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI and Guam are excluded.*
- Important: Once you enter your reservation submission your current VIP status will be locked in.
